On a campus surrounded by quiet, older residential neighborhoods, and within walking distance of two city parks, Gables Academy gives the students a quality education and a very special place to call home.

The classroom/administration building, opened in May, 2001, is a handsome two story log structure with huge windows looking out across the campus and the school's lake. This building houses administrative offices, a computer lab for faculty and students and two classrooms.

The current residence for young men is a beautiful, rustic structure fitting cozily into the surrounding woods. The dorm contains bedrooms, with bath and laundry facilities, and a commons/dining room for relaxing, eating, and entertainment.

Current and future plans include additional dormitory space to more adequately meet the demands for female residency, a commercial kitchen and dining area, central bathroom facilities, classroom buildings, gymnasium, lecture hall and a theatre to mention a few. Additional property will be added in years to come.

Gables Academy comes alive each spring with blooms and greenery.

Dock at the lake . . . some of Rene's handiwork.
